Rotary Indexing System's
Pneumatic Systems Inc. Engineering Department has developed a rotary indexing pad print system that is totally unique. Its versatile performance can take on any challenge. Our Padeasy rotary indexing system can either be totally pneumatic or electric driven indexing. With our unique Padeasy system our design can be easily adapted to any situation, may it be small, large or extremely large parts. Shown is a sample of our indexing table specially made for a large run two position process, which can be expanded to four positions. Keeping in the tradition of the Padeasy system, there are no computers or cumbersome controls to be adjusted. Our adjustable A.X.Y. independent stations allow you to simply line up your imprint and start running. Each position is individually controlled so that different print pads can be utilized, simply dial in the pressure for that pad and start printing.
